Why would you want to upgrade your free service?  If you are a company with field techs and you want to know where everybody is, this is the cheapest solution on the internet.  Right now you can monitor 5 friends for free.  If you have more than this, you will need to upgrade so you can see everybody.  Another benefit of upgrading is your ability to communicate with your friends from the website.  Right now you can track your friends but you can't navigate them somewhere or send them a message.  With the upgrade you can control your friends from the website.  A small police department could benefit from this greatly in the day to day activities of police officers.  The dispatcher can direct them to accidents or maybe an officer is in foot pursuit, the dispatcher and other officers would be able to locate him/her quickly.
